  • The EE741 in-line flow meter can be easily adapted for any measuring task. It is dedicated for accurate metering and monitoring of compressed air and technical gases in DN 15 to DN50 pipes.
  • The thermal measuring principle and the well proven E+E hot film sensor element lead to best long-term stability and fast response time.
  • Outstanding measuring accuracy, even in the lower measuring range, is achieved by an application-specific multi-point factory adjustment performed at 7 bar (102 psi). This allows reliable leak detection and corresponding energy savings. The construction of the EE741 flow meter is optimised for easy installation and maintenance.
  • Modular design
  • One and the same transmitter can be used for each of three pipe diameters:
  • EE741: DN15 (1/2") / DN20 (3/4") / DN25 (1")
  • EE741-N50: DN32 (1-1/4") / DN40 (1-1/2") / DN50 (2")
  • The pipe diameter is easily set via the display menu or the EE-PCS product configuration software.
  • Once the gauge mounting block is installed in the pipeline, the transmitter can be installed and removed without any pipework. As a result, the EE741 flow meter is also ideal for temporary measurement at several installed mounting blocks. The sealing plug included in the scope of supply enable the normal operation of the compressed air system when the transmitter is removed.
  • Display (optional)
  • The state-of-the-art LCD shows the current measured values and the overall consumption. The EE741 setup can be easily performed with the push buttons and intuitive menu guidance. The display can be rotated in 90° increments with a push button for convenient orientation in any mounting position of the flow meter.

The EE75 air velocity (v) and temperature (T) sensor is optimized for best measurement results in challenging air flow applications in most various industries. Outstanding Measurement Performance With its multipoint v factory adjustment the EE75 meets the highest accuracy requirements. The E+E thin-film sensing element employed operates on the hot-film anemometer principle, which stands for excellent accuracy from 0.06 m/s (12 ft/min) up to 40 m/s (8000 ft/min) and low angular dependency. The integrated temperature compensation combined with the robust mechanical design, makes the EE75 suitable for process temperatures from -40 °C (-40 °F) up to 120 °C (248 °F). Versatility The EE75 is available for duct mount as well as with remote probe in various probe lengths. The remote probe types feature different cable lengths and pressure tight versions up to 10 bar (145 psi). The IP65 / NEMA 4 rated metal enclosure facilitates easy installation and maintenance. The v and T measured data is available on two current or voltage analogue outputs. In addition to v and T values EE75 calculates the volume flow V' in m3 /min or ft3 /min. Configurable and Adjustable The setup and adjustment of the EE75 can be easily performed using the configuration software and USB interface cable included in the scope of supply.

User Configuration For the EE650 with analogue output, the measuring range 0...10 / 15 / 20 m/s (0...2 000 / 3 000 / 4 000 ft/min), the output signal 4 - 20 mA or 0 - 10 V as well as the response time 1 or 4 seconds are selectable by jumpers.
